  1. In a Cocktail Shaker add:
  2. 2-3 pieces Fresh Pineapple
  3. 0.5oz Triple Sec
  4. 1oz Minglewood Vodka
  5. 1oz Pineapple Juice
  6. Using a Muddler, combine the Pineapple and Spirits
  7. Add ice, shake, and strain into glass
  8. Top off with a splash of Sparkling Wine
