This modern take on the classic whisky sour expertly melds the robust flavors of our Minglewood Rye Whisky with the bright, tangy notes of fresh lemon juice and Cointreau.

Our locally crafted rye whisky reawakens a proud Wayne County tradition, boasting a distinct taste profile that results from the combination of local grain and charred oak barrel aging. With layers of black tea, nutmeg, and cured hay, this rye whisky is soft on the palate and finishes with a hint of complex spice.

Recommended Glassware: Rocks


  1. Fill Cocktail Shaker with ice and add:
  2. 2 oz Minglewood Rye Whisky
  3. 1 oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  4. 0.5 oz Triple Sec, recommend Cointreau
  5. Shake and strain into Rocks glass filled with Ice
  6. Top off with Club Soda
  7. Garnish with Orange Peel
